ABOUT US

We have partnered with the worlds leading green hosting company which currently hosts more than 1,300,000 domains worldwide and ranges from small businesses to fortune 500 companies.

All of their shared and reseller servers are 130% wind powered, not just neutralizing the environmental impact, but also reversing it!

Try finding another green hosting service that has gone this far. Believe us if they had, theyʼd let you know about it.

The impact to climate change this has is equivalent to:

  • Removing 444 cars from the road for a year.
  • Powering 321 homes with clean energy for a year.
  • Protecting 551 acres of forest for a year or.
  • Saving 5,654 barrels of oil.

We don't only offset the electricity used to power our servers, but we also use renewable energy to cool them as well. This represents a big difference, because servers generate a lot of heat. For every watt of electricity that a server uses, 1-2 watts of electricity are typically required to cool it. What that means is that we are investing in twice as much renewable energy, on a per server basis.

Our partners Green -e certified Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) are all verified, tracked and monitored and can only be created by the new production of renewable energy.

OUR VISION:

We strive to be a socially responsible, constantly evolving and improving company, that is a force for change towards ethical and ecological business practices worldwide whilst providing you with the very best green web hosting services available.

As people in business, we know that our economy is totally dependent on our ecology and not the reverse. We believe ethical business needs to drive all of our decisions and it needs to be a true win/win situation (especially for the environment) if we are to have a bright future.

Through inspiration, conviction and integrity, EcoNetHost is dedicated to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone we are associated with and to actively preserving and protecting our natural resources.

The power to save the planet rests with the individual consumer.
